For decades, outdoor relief areas were the norm, but the need-and demand-for indoor facilities has grown as airport security has tightened. Previously, passengers traveling with emotional support animals or pets typically had to leave an airport's secure zone to find a suitable relief area for their animals. Passengers with tight connections were often hard pressed to locate and travel to outdoor relief areas and pass back through TSA checkpoints in time to catch their flights. Recently, the Department of Transportation (DOT) adopted a final rule requiring that every airport install at least one post security Service Animal Relief Area (SARA) in each terminal or face hefty fines.

Easy-to-assemble industrial 1/2" plexiglass "shield perimeter," waste station which includes signage at top, doggy bag dispenser, motion-activated (and hands-free) automatic trash can, hand sanitizer dispenser, and privacy shrubs on casters.
Turf
Artificial lawn drains instantly, looks beautiful and has a special antimicrobial blend that helps fight odors, is easy to clean, durable, portable and lightweight. It is is treated with an organic attractant that dogs instinctively want to mark with their scent. Turf squares to be power-washed and/or replaced as needed.
Pads
4 large disposable pads are laid down under the turf and each pad consists of a quick-dry top layer, super-absorbent core and leak-proof liner. No drain or pan on clean up! Just roll up pads, dispose, and replace!
Tray/Base
Powder-coated aluminum base is easy to assemble and keep clean, and comes in an array of different sizes, all ADA compliant.
