Terex Utilities

Terex Utilities—a leading global manufacturer of digger derricks, aerial devices and auger tooling for the electric utility industry—is a business unit within the Terex Aerial Work Platforms segment of Terex Corporation. The Utility Expo in Louisville, Kentucky, is their largest trade show and runs every other year. The objectives for their custom trade show project included creating a “world-class customer experience” aimed at increasing awareness of Terex and the products and services they offer, generating leads and closing deals, and confirming their commitment to their customers. Terex wanted every attendee to leave their custom trade show booth with a positive impression and the knowledge that Terex clearly understood their business and their needs. Proctor Productions helped design and fabricate a 37,800 square-foot custom outdoor rental solution—creating an immersive branded environment including a large protective structure and truck layout. By putting the company’s equipment and trucks front and center, it showcased Terex Utilities’ capabilities and facilitated discussions on project challenges and solutions. Proctor also worked closely with the Terex Utilities on-site team to ensure a timely delivery for the 10-day installation, three-day trade show execution, and two-day dismantlement.
