How it Works:
The Full-Service Event Design, Build & Execution Process

Ideation:
- During the first stage of our process, we embrace a collaborative approach designed to spark creativity, explore new ideas, push innovation and ensure every variable is considered to launch a successful project. Using a white board—or even just a bar napkin—our team collaborates using the "bubble method or mind map" to help push the creative brainstorming process and open up the room for creative solutions that meet the objectives prior to working on a design.

Design: Actualizing Your Vision
- We start with your concept, transforming initial ideas into foundational designs that evolve into comprehensive, detailed 3D renderings.
- Our design phase is intentionally collaborative, flexible and educational so we can best guide you through options that provide a clear vision of how everything will look and how it will be executed.

Pricing: Clarity and Transparency
- After confirming that the concept meets the objective, our team of skilled estimators will provide pricing and options to meet your budget goals.
- We provide clear and easy-to-understand line item estimates for both your custom build and rental solution(s), as well as full transparency on logistics and event service proposals.

Engineering & Drawings: Turning Ideas into Action
- Our detailing department turns creative renderings into technical drawings (also known as shop drawings), as well as detailed assembly instructional drawings.
- Our graphic department creates the professional graphic / art templates and proofs necessary for high resolution, large format print production.
- This is where your vision starts to materialize as we think through the logistics to fabricate a transportable and reusable display that matches the agreed-upon design.

Logistics & Coordination: Ensuring Seamless Execution

Final Pre-Event Checks: Ensuring Perfection
- Before shipping, we conduct a final check to ensure everything is ready to go. This includes verifying logistics, ensuring the display meets all specifications and confirming all components are in place.

Event Execution: Set-Up & Supervision

Post-Event Breakdown & Storage: We Handle the Rest
